Start 2024 with a bang!  Join us at 11:15 am to enjoy some appetizers while networking.  Lunch is being catered by Draper's Catering and serving will begin at 11:45.

Your 2024 Board of Directors and Committee Chairmen will be introduced and formally begin their 2024 term and give you information on what is planned for 2024. 

We will proudly award the winners of four $1000 2024 Named Education Scholarships funded by the Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter & CCIM Foundation and one winner of a $500 2024 Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter scholarship.

Registration closes at Noon January 19th.  

No charge for Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter Members         Guests/Non-members:  $38

Reservations will be made online so if you haven't logged into our website, just input your email address that you have on file with the chapter and click, FORGOT PASSWORD and you can create a password.  If you have a guest, they will need to log into the website by inputting their name, email address & phone number and the guest registration page will allow them to register using their credit card.

Cancellations must be done by noon January 19th or you will be invoiced $30 (chapter members) if there is no walk-in to take your seat.  Cost for our luncheons continue to rise and we haven't raised dues in over 15 years, so please let us know so we can modify our guarantee with the catering company by our noon January 19th deadline.
