The Commercial Property Forecast Summit, presented by the MAAR Commercial Council, is the premier commercial forecast event in the Memphis area. Featuring updates, predictions and trends for the commercial sector for the year, the Commercial Property Forecast Summit offers an overall perspective of the entire Mid-South.  The Commercial Summit will again feature an Expo! Exhibitors will be in the Crosstown Theatre and attendees will have the opportunity to speak with them all, gather information, sample wares, network and more.

The Summit will feature a keynote economic forecast from Dr. Lawrence Yun, NAR’s Chief Economist, as well as a panel discussion on navigating a changing market. Following the program, attendees are invited to stay for complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
