Bring your commercial real estate wants and needs to our first Breakfast Deal Making.  We expect to get a great group together and hear about a lot of properties on the market for sale or for lease and from people who are looking for client needs.  Please see the instructions below and once read choose your ticket to register.  Tickets are limited for Presentors.  A Powerpoint with all presentations and extra pages where other property links are shown will be made available to each attendee.

This is an event exclusive to Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter Members so if you're not a chapter member now is the time to join.  To join just go to the Membership tab and complete an application and pay with a credit card. (Non-member tickets opened up for $20 but can't do a presentation.)

Instructions for Dealmaking Breakfast Presentations

1.     This is our first dealmaking event post covid and we anticipate a good turnout to have some breakfast and either learn about properties on the market or client needs for property.  

2.     Only Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter Members or Sponsors/Partners will be able to register for the breakfast and do a presentation.. 

3.     Chapter members who want to present must register by close of business May 20 Presentor registration.  

5.     Presentation: 

a.     3 minutes to discuss a property for sale or for lease or a client need

b.     A template will be used to create your short presentation

c.     To get template, download on Google Drive Dealmaking Template

d.     You can use up to 3 pages for your presentation and make sure that your company name, your name, link to see property online, QR code and your contact information is included somewhere on one of your pages. 

e.     We will be publishing the properties presented so if you have other projects to offer, use more pages and when the final document is completed, the extra properties will be moved to be after all presented properties.

f.   For properties that won't be presented please use one Powerpoint page and show the name of property and the online link for more information and/or a QR code.  You can put however properties you want to list on one Powerpoint page.

g.      Just a reminder when putting pictures in your Powerpoint:  please insert small picture (don't put large picture and crop when in Powerpoint) and don’t cut and paste a picture into your Powerpoint page.  This will keep the size of each page low so the full Powerpoint with all properties will be manageable. 

h.     When completed, save the template as a Powerpoint document with your name in the title

i.     Email the Powerpoint document to [email protected] by noon May 21 so it can be put into the master Powerpoint that will have all properties presented plus property links submitted.
