Karl Landreneau, CCIM, SIOR, is Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing at NAI Latter & Blum in Baton Rouge, LA. During his 30 years in commercial real estate, he's worked with several property types such as hospitality, multifamily, and office properties.
Landreneau has been an instructor at The CCIM Institute since 2007. He's previously taught commercial real estate courses for Louisiana Bankers Association, the local real estate board, and for his six commercial companies. 
He had a name education scholarship established in 2016 fully funded by the CCIM Louisiana Chapter. He was also honored with the 2006 CCIM Susan J. Groeneveld Award of Excellence by his peers in the Jay W. Levine Leadership Academy.
Landreneau served as 2014 CCIM Institute President and as 2006 Chair of the Commercial Business & Industry Team for Louisiana REALTORS® Association.
He earned his bachelor's degree in education from University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
